一、適用范圍
有機物污染:廢(fei)塑(su)料(liao)(liao)主(zhu)要接觸或包(bao)裝(zhuang)過(guo)糧食、飼料(liao)(liao)、飲料(liao)(liao)等。
PH值污染:廢塑料粉(fen)碎清(qing)洗過程中主要加(jia)入的堿性物質。
懸浮(fu)物污(wu)染:廢(fei)塑料農地(di)膜、棚(peng)膜主要接觸或包裝過化纖(xian)土粉塵、廢(fei)塑料顆粒等。
油脂污染:廢塑料PET瓶主要接(jie)觸或包(bao)裝過油脂類物質。
針對清洗、破碎工序(xu)只(zhi)對水(shui)中懸(xuan)(xuan)浮物(wu)含量有(you)較高的(de)要求。可(ke)以(yi)采用混凝處(chu)(chu)理(li)工藝去除污(wu)(wu)水(shui)中的(de)大部分懸(xuan)(xuan)浮物(wu),再(zai)把污(wu)(wu)水(shui)回(hui)用到生產(chan)工序(xu)中去,達到減(jian)少污(wu)(wu)水(shui)排(pai)放量的(de)目的(de)。外排(pai)的(de)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)可(ke)與(yu)生活污(wu)(wu)水(shui)混合(he)提高其可(ke)生化(hua)性,再(zai)經(jing)生物(wu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)後(hou)排(pai)放。
二、設備原理
采用加藥沉淀——氣浮(fu)——板框(kuang)過濾成套(tao)污(wu)水處理(li)工藝處理(li)廢(fei)塑料清洗廢(fei)水
廢塑料顆粒(li)原料主要(yao)(yao)是聚(ju)對苯(ben)二甲酸(suan)乙二(醇)酯和(he)聚(ju)丙烯。在廢塑料回(hui)收利(li)用(yong)(yong)過程中采用(yong)(yong)高溫堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),其堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)約500立方(fang)米/天,由于該(gai)堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)長期循環使用(yong)(yong),造成有(you)機物濃度大量(liang)累積,雖有(you)80%水(shui)(shui)量(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)回(hui)用(yong)(yong),但仍有(you)部分高濃度堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi)污水(shui)(shui)外(wai)排。為了解該(gai)污水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質特(te)性,以確定(ding)合理(li)(li)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)處(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),在實驗(yan)(yan)室條件下對取樣污水(shui)(shui)進行了化(hua)學分析、可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)性試驗(yan)(yan)和(he)水(shui)(shui)樣加(jia)藥物化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)后小試樣測(ce)定(ding),工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)選擇(ze)主要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮因素考(kao)慮堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)在生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)上的(de)循環使用(yong)(yong),我們確定(ding)了污水(shui)(shui)總體(ti)物化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)后回(hui)用(yong)(yong),部分再經(jing)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)排放的(de)設(she)計思路(lu),既可節省工(gong)(gong)程的(de)總投資,又可減輕生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)系統(tong)負荷。定(ding)期排放的(de)堿(jian)煮原液則通過加(jia)酸(suan)中和(he)后,直(zhi)接經(jing)污泥(ni)干(gan)化(hua)系統(tong)處(chu)理(li)(li)。
三、設備調試
工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)調試初期,選(xuan)用自然(ran)厭氧(yang)池內(nei)的活性厭氧(yang)菌群(qun)(qun)進(jin)行(xing)接種(zhong)培(pei)養,控(kong)制進(jin)水(shui)(shui)量(liang),階(jie)段遞增,定期采泥樣觀察生物相,隨時(shi)了解菌群(qun)(qun)生長(chang)情況(kuang),及時(shi)調整(zheng)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)和曝氣(qi)(qi)量(liang)。整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程運(yun)行(xing)中,處(chu)理(li)(li)效(xiao)果的好壞(huai)關鍵(jian)在于氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)物化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)是否正(zheng)常運(yun)行(xing);污水(shui)(shui)去除主要依靠(kao)好氧(yang)生物處(chu)理(li)(li);加藥(yao)混凝物化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)確保出(chu)水(shui)(shui)的達標。我(wo)公司設(she)計加藥(yao)沉(chen)淀——氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)——板框過濾(lv)成套污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理(li)(li)廢塑料堿洗(xi)污水(shui)(shui)經過一(yi)年多(duo)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)程實際(ji)運(yun)行(xing),整(zheng)個(ge)處(chu)理(li)(li)系統運(yun)行(xing)穩定、處(chu)理(li)(li)效(xiao)果良好,各項(xiang)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質指標達到(dao)并(bing)優(you)于設(she)計要求的排放標準。
